Does anyone track their S4 avant?

If anyone out here tracks their avant please share what tracks they have attended and show any photos of their avant in action:)

I've done autox and short track time, in Austin, TX. It was a blast. These big girls aren't great for autox but it was still really fun. The understeer didn't help either, just need to learn how to swing the rear end out.

Don't let the rpm's drop below 4k and the understeer really goes away, and they become much lighter on their feet. Even though they're bigger cars, I think the avant body helps balance out the V8

my old S4 avant tracked plenty and new B8 a4 avant converted to S4 was tracked as an A4 and will be tracked as S4 spec too

I did when I had it. There might be some pictures in the White Avant thread still. Buttonwillow, Willow Springs, Streets of Willow, and Spring Mountain/Pahrump are the tracks I drove it on.

I don't really think I had much of an issue with understeer on the road course. I feel with a 4:1 center diff and a solid rear sway bar, you will have no issues bring the rear of the car around, especially with some trail braking:)

Thats sweet man! I have taken mine on 4 different tracks in the PNW and its been a blast... It all about the challenge to me to take an avant and hang with the mustangs, Miatas, S2000s, and challengers. I havent done an official weight check on my avant yet but I am estimated to 3600 curb weight with all my current weight reductions

Sweet vid! Did you have any issues with power loss during your run with the heat soak from the supercharger ?

I’ve tracked my allroad if that counts. I did encounter heat soak with the turbo.... no biggie though.

I agree with the avant body balancing out the car.. I think its an additional 100lbs in the rear...take out the back assembly and full-size spare, you are looking at a 120lb weight loss
