    I know, lame topic...
I have kids, and need to find something to protect my seatback from shoes. Advice for something that works with integrated headrests?

^^^100% this. Shoes in trunk. Only other option I have used is putting plastic grocery bags on their shoes while on their feet. There are likely seat covers that protect the back but that seems like a excessive option.

I was half joking but really, easiest solution. There are things that hang. If the seat back isn't textured you could also try the clear plastic sheets. What I mean is I've bought clear plastic before you can cut peel and stick for things such as door pulls, top of rear bumper, wherever, might work on a seat back.

Shoes off or just spray it with the black tint film. When it gets bad just peel it off and spray again..etc
