Oil pan removal.

I’ll spare you the details on my self caused misfortune but I just need to know if there’s a way to drop the oil pan without lifting motor up or dropping the subframe. Car is 2013 b8.5 allroad. I’m guessing not and I’m sure this is a stupid question but hey, I did stupider shit already today.

Yes. It is possible but very difficult. Trying to get the angle to loosen all the torx screws was challenging. I stripped a few and had to resort to using a hammer and chisel to turn them. If you try it make sure you remove the oil level sensor first.
