Ringtone Settings Disabled - Solution?

I just saw a video online showing how you can select from a list of ringtones in the MMI (the coolest IMO is the “voice” option that announces incoming calls verbally). The problem is, I found the menu but the options are locked out due to not being “supported by my mobile device.” I have an iPhone 6S. Anybody know of a solution to gain access to those menus?
