Tips for a rusted rear wiper nut?

Been soaking the nut in PB for the last 12 hours, have the hatch lifted a bit so the oil can just sit there and soak into the threads. Cannot get this dang thing off.

Any tips for removing a stubborn nut? It feels like something much more expensive is going to break before I get this thing off.

Have a broken wiper arm and a full replacement ready go on ..

Have you tried to tighten it a little bit to crack it free?

Yeah, no go. Local shop talked about how sometimes they have to grind the nut off :(
