    P2007 after PCV replacement...

So I replaced my PCV yesterday and had to take the driver side intake manifold off to pull it out. I thought I assembled everything right but now I am getting P2007 error, which is stuck flapper on the intake manifold. Sounds like the most likely culprit is vacuum leak somewhere so I will inspect all the lines once the car cools down. Has anyone experienced any other causes of this P2007 error or fault?

When you installed your butterfly flaps
Did you push the flaps down abit with your fingers before dropping it down and bolting it up?
If not the flaps cant open
They hit the intake plates that are in the ports causing that code you have.

    Yup this ^

Pull off charger and make sure your flaps are below the metal bar.

What mattt said, however... I actually had a grain of walnut get into my solenoid that controls the vacuum for the flappers. So, if both flaps move on/off vacuum (you can pop the line off really easy running) then you’d avoid pulling the charger if you have a simple issue up top.
