The machinist measured one bushing vs the other bushing with his micrometer. He said that tolerance was too high regardless of the obvious corrosion present in the support bracket. I trust this guys opinion because all he deals with is drivetrain stuff and Im sure hes pressed his fair share of bushings.
I picked up the part this afternoon and Ill install this weekend. The machinist and I discussed part revisions and such and he wonders if the bracket was revised along with the bushing causing the variance in my OEM setup vs. what I can get now. Who knows. I just want Dana back up and running.

Dana. My wife and I name the cars for fun. She thinks the Allroad is a bit of a rough and tough outdoorsy gal who may have a butch haircut so she picked Dana...

I actually installed the new support and bushing last night once the heat died down. Took her for a quick spin and it seemed much better, but still slightly present. Ive got the motor mounts and tranny mounts still to go, as Im sure theres plenty of movement there.
