Pressure washed my engine like an idiot. Help?!

I am still SMH at myself for doing this.

In August of last year I intended to sell my 2001 Allroad before moving abroad. I pressure washed the tracks for the hood and thought I'd give the top of the engine a good spraying while I was at it. Wasn't thinking too clearly and didn't cover anything up. The following day it started stumbling and driving poorly; then it threw a P0421 (which I think it was throwing for a long time intermittently), a P0300 and a P0305. Big loss of power.

I ran out of time to troubleshoot it before leaving. I replaced all spark plugs and coil packs, but the problem persists. It's been parked at my folks' house for 7 months now and I'll need to get it running ASAP so I have a daily driver for a little while when we move back in September. Any ideas on what I can start with to address these issues?

    Thanks

check those darn ICM's, they start to go out at the 150k mile mark
    Rockin' the Rockies
'01 allroad, 250k woot woot, still boosting on original turbos and tippy, slightly modified. . .

For the catalytic conver code there is not much you can do other than replace the catalytic convert, put a spcaer between the o2 sensor the cat or tune it out in the ECU.

The other two codes like the above said check your ICM and also check the harness going to plugs for continuity. Also make sure you have a good ground and there is no short.

Thanks everyone! I suspected the ICMs so I'm glad to have a few more fingers pointing at that as the potential culprit. I'll order a replacement this week and see if dad wants a little retirement project
