Steering Wheel Compatibility

Hey guys I was searching for this topic but couldn't find substantial information.

I found some good deals for A5 and S5 steering wheels but would they be compatible on a B8 A4 (not B8.5)?
Figured an A5/S5 steering wheel would be the cheapest way to go in terms of flat bottoms

a5 wheels work for b8. just make sure you have the right pins to make the button funcitonal

Correct. They all physically fit, but making sure the harness is going to work is the tricky part. Most need to be re-pinned in order for all the buttons and airbag to work.
