    So I ran over a metal debri on the freeway which caused a flat tire. So is the spare tire single use only? I noticed that the side wall changed into a dusky color from black.

    It is not single use. They can go along way at the rated speed. They are expensive to replace.

    I am fairly certain it can be used more than once. Also, IIRC the spare tire should be used in the rear, and the good rear tire moved to the front.

    Popped a tire in the middle of the night 350miles from home with work in the morning. Stayed at 55mph and spare looked ok when I got home

    ive never heard of a disposable spare tire. im sure you can use it again in an emergency situation

    I think you guys may be confused based on RUN Flat tires being able to go 50 miles without air. Plus there is a speed limitation on the donut spares.
