Help! 2013 S4 Running Lean and Stumbling Badly

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Hey guys! So this is my last effort to find a solution to the problem I'm having with my S4. After having dealerships, specialist audi shops, and everyone else try to figure it out. No one can. Problems started occurring after my switch to E85 so I thought switching back to 91 again would help but the issues still exist. It has ran perfectly on both tunes before up until this started a month ago.

    I'm running a 2013 S4 with the following mods.
-EPL Stage 2 Tune (Can switch between E85 and 91 pump)
    -APR DSG Tune
    -APR supercharger pulley
    -Aftermarket crank pulley
    Forge Intercooler
    -Roc Euro Intake
    -Eurocode Longtube Headers
    -AWE Touring Exhust (No Cats)
    -Autotech HPFP Upgrade

So the problem is that both banks are running lean all the time, and Bank 1 LTFT is always extremely extremely lean whether at idle or while cruising or while under heavy load. While at 75% throttle or more the car misfires (no codes) and stumbles badly in each gear around 4500+ rpm. I figured it was a fuel delivery issue or an air issue so I'm going to list everything I replaced below. (All fuel pressure checks and smoke tests etc etc have been done by Griffin Motowerke and they all came back negative)

    what I've replaced...
    -injectors
    -plugs
    -fuel filter
    -fuel control module
    -fuel pressure sensor
    -Left and right MAPs
-Supercharger Intercoolers (one broke and leaked into B1)
    - All 4 O2 Sensors
    -cleaned the HPFP

I'm at a loss at this point because nothing has improved and if it's not an air leak or fuel pressure issue since Griffin and my own mechanic couldn't figure it out I have no clue what it could be.

Any insight would be much appreciated! I just want to get her running well. I'm copying below at 2500 rpm to show what my trims look like.

    LTFT1 - 18%
    LTFT2 - 5%

Lambda control value bank 1 (-7%)
Lambda control value bank 2 (-.03%)

I have noticed that whenever I clear the ECU the engine runs perfectly and much better without the rough idle or stumbling right in the beginning. And then after it adapts over time it continues to slowly run worse and worse. The obvious guess would be that it's an O2 sensor or an ECU issue. Hard to believe it would be an ECU issue and the O2 sensors are brand new so I'm at a loss. I'm going to swap Bank 1 and bank 2 primary sensors to see if the problem shifts but at this point I'm throwing darts at a dartboard hoping one sticks

Clog somewhere in the fuel rail? Fuel pump failing?

Flash back to stock and see if the issue remains.

I flashed back to stock without starting the engine before reflashing to 91 again but I haven't flashed to stock and then just ran it on stock because EPL recommended that I don't due to the aftermarket crank pulley and other upgrades. Not quite sure why. Should I?

It's possible that it could be the fuel rail or the hpfp but what doesn't make sense about that is that we test the fuel pressure and it's good and why would that make bank one almost three times as lean as Bank too if it were one of those. I'm pretty much open to anything at this point though so replacing the fuel rail and hpfp are definitely a possibility
