B8.5 S4 spoiler install question

Should I put VHB on the green areas I marked? Also before anyone points it out, I'll be putting tape on the left and right sides too lol

I didn’t when I installed mine because that part of the spoiler does not make contact with the car. That’s with the ECS and carbon imports high kick spoilers

I actually just sold the damn thing yesterday apparently the spoiler I bought doesn't fit my actual trunk if it's the non s-line trunk lid for the A4

As reference, if you end up getting the right spoiler, I did put it on both sides for mine. They had mine on a roll and I had to put in on the spoiler myself...since they gave enough for both parts...I used both parts. Fit on there tight.

I added a second row of DS tape next to where the existing tape is on your pictures. Makes for a little bit extra stickiness.
