Immobilizer questions ??

Aye guys so I just got this stage 1 tune on another ecu I’m positive the immobilizer has been deleted on it. The car rite now has its original stock ecu .. my question is if I remove stock ecu for stage 1 let’s just say I wanted to put back stock for a few days would the stock ecu then lock me out cuz it’s been removed from the car once it’s would it still start rite up ????
