Has anyone successfully lowered a 2018 with vcds/ obdeleven?

I saw Pacific German managed to lower their sq5 with the factory scan tool, but it seems no one has done it with VCDS or obdeleven. Anyone do it or read about it being successful? I dont want to be the guinea pig and need a trip to the dealer!

I can't answer your question directly however, I lowered my 18' SQ significantly using lowering links(I obviously have air suspension). Looks fantastic and it retained it's ride quality. I do own Vagcom software that I use on my current 2016 RS7 and former RS5 but I was under the impression that vdcs changed on 2018 Audi models so I did not even attempt to make any changes.

Which links did you go with? Thanks!

    Airmatic Lowering Links.

They still may not have 'SQ5' in their menu however the links for the 18' Q7 are identical. Those are the ones I purchased.

I had the same links before I went to Pacific German to have them lower it with the factory scan tool. I dont think either is better, but wanted it done with the CPU for some reason. I actually think I will lower it a little more and put the links back on too. I dont believe that either VCDS or OBDELEVEN has the capability. But I dont know if that is because no one has figured it out or if it just cant be done. I also have VCP and I havent heard about anything about lowering with that tool either.
