    Center screen and speed display

This is more just out of curiosity, but, would it be possible to change the update interval of the center-screen in the gauge clusters display, to update the speed more often? That way when changing speed it update more frequently to looks smoother or skip less numbers? I find it kind of funny how when you're accelerating hard you just see arbitrary numbers at any given moment, "35, 43, 49, 52, 57." Curious if anyone has tried or at least knows if it's possible with VAG-COM.

It probably needs a better video card. Not something you can do with a VAG COM, but maybe a computer guy can give you some options.

On the other hand, I prefer the old school analog dials vs the new "virtual cockpit" display. Looks too much like a video game to me.

I'm talking about on the B8, with the smaller screen inbetween the two analog dial gauges. I doubt it's anything like a processing issue or video controller limitations, I just think it's programmed to only update one or twice a second when it should really be updating multiple times per second in my opinion.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about. I think it is still a computer screen, but someone more technical than me can answer.
