I have a super clean 2002 Audi B5 S4 with full stage 3 upgrades. This car has had a lot of money put into is, and is at just over 106k miles. The full stage 3 setup was installed back in 2014 when the car had 74k miles on it, and the full timing belt service was completed at the same time.

Here are the following details of the upgrades:

Engine
- Borg Warner K04 turbos
- RS4 Inlets
- APR Bi-Pipe
- SRM Dual Sidemount Intercoolers (larger than RS4)
- ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Engine Covers
- Dyno-Tuned by EPL Tuning in Connecticut


Exhaust
- Custom 3" exhaust with single muffler and dual tips
- 3" Catless Downpipes
- Brand new battery

Transmission
- Spec Stage 3+ Clutch Setup (less than 200 miles on it) - $1100 + labor for install
- Stern Engine and Trans mounts (street density)

Interior
- Black leather in excellent condition
- Pioneer Dual Din Z140 Deck with Bluetooth
- Perfect cluster with no pixel issues
- AWE Center Vent Boost Gauge
- Air/Fuel Mixture gauge mounted in right-center vent gauge
- OEM RS4 Alcantera Steering Wheel
- Rear headliner is just starting to get a couple ripples (pretty common), nothing hanging, just worth mentioning as its less than perfect

Exterior
- Wheels/Tires are VMR 701's, Tires are BRGoodrich G-Force 245-35-18 - Less than 500 miles on both the wheels and tires, they are absolutely perfect.
- 12mm spacers in the back, and 8mm up front (perfectly flushed out). I have the car pretty low because I love the look, but it rubs just a tiny bit on bumps in hard corners, but not bad.
- European S4 Rear bumper
- RS4 Front grill
- The body is in great shape, with just a couple blemishes in the rear bumper (very small and hard to see if you aren't looking for it)

Suspension
- Vogtland Coilovers
- Moog Adjustable upper control arms

Brakes
- Fronts are 18Z Brembo's with Gyrodisc 2-piece rotors

I just recently ran it through my local shop, and had it totally checked out. Replaced an axle boot, tie rod end, and gave it a 4 wheel alignment, and everything looks great.

This is a super clean car that has been very well cared for, and has all three keys, and also an anti-theft system installed with 2 keys that can disable the car completely. If you've looked at any of these S4's, this one ranks among the cleanest examples out there.

Where’s the car located? Any rust?

Car is in Oregon, just west of Portland. The first few years the car was in Connecticut, then it moved to California for a while. No rust in the body at all. I have the full Carfax I can send as well.
