B8 S5 plug and play oil catch can kit

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I have for sale an oil catch can kit for a b8 s5. It's full plug and play with oem connectors. $300 shipped. Works very well, it will definitely help with carbon build up by not allowing the blowby to reenter the manifold and end up on the back of the valves.

Install directions included? Is this the Black Forest one? Is it easy access to un-screw the can?

It's not black forest. I made it. It is very simple to install, it has the oem connectors on it. You take out 1 screw by the headlight and put the bracket there and screw the screw back in. That's it.

And yes you can unscrew the can without removing it for easy changes.

That looks sharp, good job bud! I don't know about reducing carbon on valves, not much will help lol.

Do you see how much it caught? That was only like 3 1/2 weeks of useage. All of that would be normally sucked back into the intake and end up on the back of the valves because there is no fuel to wash it away. So yes it will help, not cure the issue but slow it down alot.

Catch can will definitely reduce carbon on the valves as well as oil throughout the intake.

Oil in the intake also lowers your fuels octane.
