    Just removed these from my drivers and passenger door cards. I kept hearing a sound like a loose screw or other small object sliding around the inside of the doors when braking or accelerating. All I did was remove the screw in the middle of the door and pry the bottom of the door card with a panel tool and 1 fell out of each side. My guess is when the port installed Audi Ring lights were installed, the tabs broke and were left behind. The sound drove me nuts. Glad it was something stupid!

    Unless the car is using the GPS system to provide the calibration, how would the car know that the wheel/tire diameter and number of rotations per mph have changed? The would be great if indeed the case, but I have never read about that feature being implemented.

    [QU=junhojin123;13186850]034 Lowering springs installed.

    Loosen everything to drop the weight off suspension and loosen everything. Pop the steering knuckle out and undo strut tower, it comes straight off :D
    No need to undo anything else :)

    034 Springs in.

    back it goes into place.

    For the rear springs, propr the inner side of lower control arm with some sort of jack, undo the inner 2 bolts, loosen the outer bolt, and pivot the arm out. Spring will simply fall out easily. Jack is here to prevent spring shooting off and hurting people, so do not forget!

    Finally, preload everything, and done :D

    oh, and alignment.

    fortunately, camber was good to begin with, Toe was slightly off.

    little elbow grease and fixed!

    some result pics:

    Paired with 10mm spacers, and roughly 1 inch drop on 034 springs, the car is looking a lot more planted to the ground and aggressive.

    overall, the ride quality on these springs are superb. I almost want to say it's more comfortable than the stock springs.[/QUOTE]

    was it required to cut the bump stops

    Thank you for the detailed post. When I go to do springs one of these days I will come back to this post. Drop looks spot on for what I'm going for. Not too low but low enough to clean up the wheel gap.

    Excellent to hear about the ride quality. This isn't the first time I've heard the 034 springs ride just as good if not better then stock. I wonder if the progressive profile has something to do with this. The only real thing that's keeping me from springs is seeing the longevity of the stock mag ride shocks and struts. I believe they are a little pricey if they need to be replaced.

    Did a multi-layer Zaino treatment, attended a Cars and Coffee, and installed some spacers to make the wheels flush with the car;

    Is cutting the bump stocks required if you go with any lowering spring?

    It wasn't required for the EMD springs.

    Hey there. I plan to do a write up but in short I used a heat gun, dental floss, goo be gone, scratch remover (to remove the remaining glue adhesive), wax (to buff out any dullness), and some detail spray (to top it off). All that and a little patience. Took about 10-minutes a side.

    Debadged and blacked out both front and back. Not sure Iíve seen as many people do the back, is there any concerns on this? I can always just peel off the tint if so

    Looks good! I blacked my front side markers out approx 6 months ago using 3M Gloss Black Vinyl. No issues thus far.

    @Akoby, Iíve tinted my rear reflectors and had no problems. I think it looks good!

    @J, love the snap, looks pro!

    @danaero, itís a great piece and easy to install. I notice they went black on the branding, mine has a white ECS logo on it. Anyway, enjoy!

    Looking forward to seeing your carbon piece installed now that they've done away with the white lettering. Should look good!
