I am purchasing a Audi TT RS and will be receiving it from Audi of Bellevue Washington. I did not purchase the car through them, but rather through Military Auto Source. I have sent multiple emails to the receiving agent and in return not a single email. I even called the parts department to inquire about the performance parts and the representative on the other end did not know what I was talking about. He took down my information and stated he would return with an answer, but that was over a month ago. I currently live in Japan, thus makes it difficult to be reached. Although, last time I checked, email is a world-wide service.

My question, are all dealerships like this when it comes to receiving courtesy deliveries? When I purchased my BMW M3 through an overseas military sales, the BMW dealership was very helpful. Any suggestions from those who have purchased a car in similar fashion?
