No. It requires a trip to the dealer or an approved independent shop.

From my experience, no. I've been looking for over a year. Audi told me when they code new key fobs they need the old keys too because it will be a new line of coding when coding in new keys. Not sure if any of it true, but they know more than me.

There’s ways without a dealer. But the tool is expensive and really not worth it for one key

You need all the keys you wanted paired to the car for programming, it's stated in Elsa as so.

There is also another problem. Most likely you will need to have a brand new fob in order to get it programmed. Once fob is programmed to a specific car it can't be programmed to another. Supposedly there is a way to erase or 'virginize' once programmed fob and some people offer that service, but I bought 2 used, supposedly virgin keys and they couldn't be programmed. You might as well bite the bulled and pay dealer to do it, it might actually be cheaper this way:)

Appreciate all the responses and confirming that I need to go to dealer for this.
    Cheers!!

    New key fob programming

Awesome. I can get a Audi key from dealership and just follow this video for a 2013 s6 without any issues? When I choose 2 in the menu, do both keys get programmed ?

Let me know if this works for you. I don't want to shell out $300-400 for a key at the dealership :|

That doesn't pair it to the immobilizer/start auth system.
