lemme give you a little back story about myself, I'm 21 years old
I currently live in south florida and I drive a grandma 2003 buick century
you might be wondering why would I be driving that. It was a car my father bought years ago from an elder couple that really didn't drive it, it had 10k miles on it and I believe he bought it for roughly 6-7k
he ended up driving it until about 2 years ago when he decided to get himself a mustang. Just so happened that I needed a car and why not give me the buick, I wasn't mad or anything I was so happy that I have my own car
I still have that car to this [4/6/18] I upgeaded it with just simple tints and a better stereo system and 2 12" kenwood subs..... so time goes on until
December 17th, 2017 I received a picture of an white audi a4 that my dads friend was selling
The car has a weird story, I ran the Carfax on it nothing came back, assuming the accident was never reported to the insurance or they just never paid for anything on it.
I seen it was traded in to a Mitsubishi dealership 2 months back prior to it being in some type of accident, so I'm assuming someone drove it and hit a guard rail from the looks of the hit
I ended up buying the car for 2k the way it say, the guy agreed to fix anything mechanically if anything was wrong with it with no charge considering he knows me and my father pretty well
now I'm hyped I finally have myself a car that's a huge upgrade from a 2003 buick century not that I'm ungrateful or anything I still love the car as it only has 80k miles on it and has never gave me any issues.
I found AudiZine a couple months back and I'm not a car dude I don't know a lot about modifications etc. let me tell you one thing, this group is absolutely amazing. I found out about pretty much every modification under the sun because of this group and I couldn't thank you guys enough... so you guys are probably wondering why I'm typing this bible today... well the car is fixed
I bought an RS4 grille on ebay for $100 yes its oem! I gave that to the guy prior to fixing it because the old one was cracked, I found it for a steal I was looking for months for this grille and all I could find was $400 - $500 everywhere
ended up painting the trim and made it black I think it looks better then grey.
But that's my story so far, my next move is to get it registered and tagged haha, then after I'm gonna be looking for some coilovers!
