When would warranty cover suspension issues?

I have the Audi Complete Care Platinum package on my Audi A4 2010 with 130km and I'd like to know when warranty has covered suspension issues. Any ideas?
I have the Dynamic Suspension (Magnetic Coils)

    Thank you

Well what issue are you having? I tried to get the updated control arms citing ripped mounts. They said nah when lowering springs were observed. Always worth a shot to try, worse they say is no.

My car is very bouncy when it's very cold or very hot.
Also when I turn left then right quickly because the car sways the ESP kicks in and it cuts power which is friken dangerous.
Story "So imagine an idiot on the highway decided to make a complete stop (I have video of this on my dashcam) I quickly check my left and I know I could JUST make it left and I'd have to accelerate or that other person will hit me. I turn and I accelerate but NOPE car won't let me and I see the person behind me rear end him because he made a full fucken stop on the highway...."
Also it cuts power when i go over speed bumps.

Sounds like your shocks are worn out. I doubt they would cover them, but maybe something else is causing your problems and have made the shocks fail which might be covered. If you are within warranty, take it in and see what they say. It doesn't hurt to ask!

Wear and tear items are usually not covered under warranty unless defective. With 130k on your odometer it's probably time for a replacement on your dime.

Yeah. Around 100k miles that isn't surprising. Time to get aftermarket coils with adaptive damping.

Usually I would agree with you but I've been having this problem since I've gotten the car. This winter when it hit -40C (-40F) it was horrible. So I want to take care of it this year before the warranty is up.

    Coverage under Suspension:
Front and Rear Suspension: Upper and Lower Control Arms; Control Arm Shafts, Bearings or Bushings; Upper and Lower Ball Joints; Radius Arm and Bushings; Torsion Bars and Mounts or Bushings; Stabilizer Bar, Links and Bushings; Spindle and Spindle Support.

Exclusions: Shock absorbers and MacPherson struts and mounting plates,

So the dealer could change Springs, Upper and Lower Control Arms. (They already told me both lower arms need to be replaced because the bushings are gone).
How can I get them to replace the springs? hummm

Not sure why you keep asking how the dealer is going to handle this when we are not the dealer. You need to take it in and see if they play ball. If not you have 130km, it's time to replace worn parts on your dime.

When the battery is drained (When I use heated seats in winter) and I get the MMI saying low battery. The suspension acts like a sponge, two years ago when I had it in for maintenance the mechanic who took it for a spin was surprised it never put a code and said till it does they won't touch it.

So do you have adaptive suspension? If so then you might have a case, but you gotta take it to them to determine if they will cover it.

I do have the adaptive suspension. They said they want to cover it but if the computer doesn't spit out code warranty would deny it.

Do you have VCDS to scan it? When was it last scanned? It may be stored if you are having problems.

I do have VCDS but I haven't scanned it in almost a year. I'll do it on the weekend when I have access to my old Windows 7 laptop.

Post up the scan and go from there. I wouldn't clear any codes as the dealer will need to see them in order to diagnose your problem.

Engine light started blinking and not letting me go over 3000rpm. almost stalled on me a few times. I parked the car and called for towing to the dealership.
    Fun times.

Boroscope found a ton of tar and carbon build up. They need to take the cover off and think it might be an injector leaking...

Interesting. Let us know if they cover a cleaning due a possible leaking injector. Wouldn't hurt to ask them about your suspension issue while its in there!
