Axel load for B7 S4 Avant..? Mentioned on plate in engine bay.

Trying to find out the axel loads on my 2006 B7 S4 Avant. This is for the spring rates.
The plate in the engine bay is blank. Where normally these details are suppose to me mentioned. Mine is a Jap spec. If that make a difference.

    Any info on this please?

    Cheers

    Sam

No axel weight is different. Specific weight on front & rear axels. Used while determining suspension, coilovers etc.
Its supposed to be mentioned on the metal plate in the engine bay. I have the plate. But its black for some strange reason.

Yes. For the stock springs. So I can compare it for the aftermarket ones.

They don't give us the spring rates here, we have to go by color coding on the coils. You may have to contact Audi to get that info.

I dont think Axel load is same as spring rate. The axel load is used to determine the sprng rate.
Its mentioned on the metal plate in the engine bay.

You are looking for the Gross Axle Weight Rating. Unless someone else can chime in, I have not found that tag on our cars here in the US.

Ok so take your cars weight as published in a million places online, and look up its weight distribution (50/50 , 62/38 etc)
Do the math and you will have the vehicles weight front and rear. Adel loads will be just under that due to the unsprung weight. Other than that, I don't own an avant and couldn't help ya on the picture.
