    Power Seat not working

So my seat will not move in any direction except forward, but even that is intermittent. Not a fuse because of that and passenger seat works fine. The lumbar controls work but the other two switches for the bottom and back don’t work except for forward. I’m assuming it just needs a new switch but I think it’s odd if all but one of the functions of the two switches failed at once. Any thoughts or experience with this?

No experience with this happening but if it is a contact switch (metal on metal), you can try contact cleaner on it from radio shack/electronics store.

Is there any sound at all when you press the switches in other directions (back or up/down)? If there's sound, it might be a mechanical issue with the gears. If there's no sound, it's electrical.
If you can scan the car it would tell you whether there are any codes with the seat module or CCM.

See if you can look under the seat (if it's raised enough for a bit of access) with a mirror and flashlight and examine the wiring. Some of it may be broken.

If you can remove the side cover with the switches on both front seats, plug in the controls/switch from the passenger side to the driver's seat harness and see if the seat will move in all directions. Then you'd know it's the switch. Otherwise, it's the wiring or modules under the seat.
