    18" Rims on a 2007 Audi S6?

Hey all. I bought a 2007 Audi S6. It came with the upgraded split 5 spoke 19" factory rims with winter tires on it. The previous owner obviously had a set of aftermarket summer rims. I am trying to decide if I want to buy a set of aftermarket summer rims and tires, or a set of winter rims and refinish the factory rims. I do like the look of the factory rims and there is only some minor curb damage to them. They just need to be stripped and recoated. My question is - Will 18" rims off of an A6 or other Audi clear the big front breaks on an S6? It looks like it would be close but I just wanted to see if anyone does, or has tried.

It will be tight but there should be no issue with 18” diameter. The issue will come in with the offset. Need to make sure you are running a deeper offset (lower #) as to move the caliper further away from the face of the wheel to avoid any possible interference.
