Passenger side. Swapped to a new bulb that works but still no light output.
What else could it be? Greatly appreciated for your help.

A defective ballast may be the cause. Run a VCDS scan to see if any errors are presented, and also check fuses. And let us know what you find!

Yea I had this on mine one dealer wanted to charge me £700 for new headlight another dealer replaced the dipped ballast and it worked and still is. You can even do it yourself and buy a new one for cheap online. It's a easy DIY.

Likely it's the ignitor. I had that problem one time. Fortunately I was covered under warranty so they swapped it out for me.

It ended up being the ballast. Thanks for the help guys. Easy little DIY.
Ended up upgrading the bulbs to Phillips X-tremeVision thinking it was the bulb. Nice and bright now.
