CEL= P0011 "A camshaft position (bank 1) timing over advanced Please advice.

I had my timing done 6 months ago. This check engine light showed up 3 times and each time it was gone during 2 day period. Is my timing off or could it be n205? 2006 87k miles on the car.

Pull the electrical connector off the N205 and see if there is oil in there.

No oil on the plug. Bought the new sensor just in case. Thanks for helping out.

Try the new sensor but it could be a few things
1. Broken timing advance control rings in the timing cover
2. Sensor
3. Timing set wrong at either the belt or the chain
Did you just have the belt done or the chain and tensioner too ? There have been a few good threads on this recently so see if you can find them.
