XSpower vs project B5

I see on the Project B5 website that their supplier was supposedly ripping them off. I also see in the XSpower posting for the STK kit that the box clearly says "project B5" on it. And it's significantly cheaper. What is happening here? Which one do I buy?

Well for starters I don’t think PB5 is selling that kit anymore. New kit is in the works that will be produced in house.
