What fuel return rail for 1.8T

Hello.I have Audi A4 1.8T Quattro with BFB Engine.My fuel rail is without return line and i want to make it like B5 - With fuel pressure regulator and return line on Fuel rail.I know i need to change the filter but what rail i should use ? My stock FPR is 4bar and i need 4bar from 1.8T A4/A6 or passat but are all of 1.8T is compatible ? I have a list that i see the type of injectors that used in different 1.8T engines but are the EV6 (for example from AEB) is compatible with EV12 injectors (my car) ?

Check out the B6 A4 forums. Maybe even some of the B5 guys can help.


They should get you sorted. They are generally more hardcore then us B7 2.0T folk with the mods.

Yes, b7 come with 1.8t in some countries. But you'll get much better support in the b6 section, cuz its the standard engine. Good luck.
