    Name this exhaust [picture]

The seller claims it to be "APT Tuned". I'm not familiar with them. There's a company called AP Tuning or APTuning. There's obviously APR. I'm sure APR made a 1.8T exhaust back in the day, but I don't think they do any longer.

    Any thoughts?

I think it’s a billy boat but he might have gotten it off the website described in the magnaflow vs BB thread, someone posted a link which I do believe was something like ATP or whatever that sold the B.B. exhaust and had the options for sport and stealth across all B6 1.8t platforms hence the confusion

    Thanks for the input.

I don't know how consistent Billy Boat is with their exhaust tips, but the ones in this picture look to be different than the ones in my first picture.

I have Billy Boat exhaust on my car and this ain't it, also APR's exhaust was just a Billy Boat exhaust with APR laser etched on the exhaust tips.

The first photo in that link doesn't look like a BBE but if you look at the picture of the exhaust tips it is different to the first photo_20180405_163610.JPG

My money is on BB. I just installed it last weekend. The tips are exactly like left overs and A4mikes pictures. They will customize your tips if you want. My brother did with his BMW exhaust, and someone on here has as well. BB will have a name plate welded on the side of the mufflers with a build date and product number.

Great sounding exhaust btw. Its not loud with that resonator.

Like Gosser said it will have a name plate welded on one of the mufflers like in the first picture. I got the BB Sport exhaust which doesn't have the middle resinater and I love it not to loud but not to quiet and has a really nice note to it. Oh and the photos are from like a year ago before I installed it.

Nice, how did your install go? Mine was pretty flawless. I just dont like the angled mufflers. I have a plan on how to rectify it, but its going to need longer hardware at the hangers.

Install was a breeze and my mufflers sit the same.

that's completely adjustable by rotating the muffler/midpipe connection, though it affects the gap between the tip and the top of the bumper. I had my mufflers completely level and replaced the hangers to pull the tips up nice and tight

I was playing with that initially, but it ended up soo close to the bumper, that I actually need looser hangers, or longer bracket bolts with washers. If its not -4*F this weekend, then maybe I'll get to it.
