Complete engine pulled out of a salvage 2013 s4 with 50k miles. Purchased thinking it would fit my a7 but it’s different. Have wiring harness also. $1500 pick up located in Connecticut

What fitment issues are you having. I wanted to do the same. I know the tranny is different but the regular long block should be the same.

Correct me if Im wrong, but 2013 and up come with electric power steering, but the engine in the picture has the hydraulic power steering pump bracket attached, so it must me 2010-12? Anyways at that price the year shouldn't really matter. that's a steal if its in good condition. sold my 2010 s4 long block for $2300 with 80k

    It's earlier a6 engine
Can tell by the snub mount on the front.
At least we know why that boss is on the blocks now that we have to grind down when running the larger crank pulleys.
Audi just left that in the casting for all the blocks.
