Car horn won't stop after new steering wheel install

It was pretty straightforward...I don't understand why it's happening. Any ideas? It's only when the car is switched on. It is awful. Never dealt with this before, but a little research indicates that it is probably the clock spring...it did come uncoiled a bit and i coiled it back up when i put it back together...anything i should know to fix it?

The metal 'ring' type thing just under the airbag is bent a little, the contacts are touching and honking the horn. Pull the airbag off and fiddle with that, creat a little gap between the contacts by slightly bending it and you'll be fixed.
    It's not the clockspring.
