I have a set of B6 A4 E-Code headlights (I believe these are Canadian spec, at least thats where I got them from). The light output with the Morimoto kit rivals most high end cars and I never have trouble seeing. Makes my newer Q5 headlights look like a joke.
The lenses themselves are in great shape. One housing has
one JB Weld'ed upper tab, but it works great. I glued front and rear.
They are 100% OEM cover sealed with all parts and wires inside the housing and ballast secured in OEM location- nothing banging around or some rubber housing cap with wires sticking out.
The headlights have The Retrofit Source's parts in them:
Morimoto Mini H1 v 7.0 Bi-Xenon Projectors
Morimoto H1 XB 4.5k bulbs (I have to check if they are 4.5 or 5.5k)
Fast Brite TRS 55w ballasts
Phillips H7 high beam bulb in OEM location
No errors thrown on the dash at all. High beams are linked to the Bi-Xenon so you have insane high beam performance.
I am only selling these because it looks like I'm going to start driving my B7 and I'll have to mod those headlights the same way (literally buying the exact same parts) or OEM AFS lights.
Best photo I have for now, sorry. Its snowing in NY today or I would take more. Cash + trades for stock lights are welcome too, but keep in mind I can get stock lights pretty cheap on craigslist around me so I'm not crediting $100 for a set of stock halogen headlights.
