I've been receiving some requests about ceramic coating install and other related services...
In a nutshell, Ceramic Coating is the wave the of the detailing future because of its increased protection, durability, and easier maintenance.
It will protect your vehicle from UV rays, harsh weather conditions, chemicals and more while also repelling water, dirt, and other environmental hazards.
It provides an incredible gloss, sleek and shine.
In the last two years, I've been using an array of ceramic products, most of them fall under the category of Quartz Ceramic Coating but at the end of the day, they all share the main component Silica (SiO2) which is what provides the hardness of 9H (pencil hardness) on ALL of them, and others have a combination of both Silica (SiO2) and Titania (TiO2) that adds a thick layer of protection. I have that too.
I carry only the best. I'm a gearhead, I've been around nice cars all my life and I've owned a couple of them.
I have had the privilege of meeting some incredible car collectors in Denver that for many years have trusted me to work on their million-dollar collections year after year.
These have been the most demanding clients you can ever have, and those are the type of clients that by being so anal about their cars, have taught me how to stay on top of my game and deliver a top notch product that I know, would make them very happy. They've made me a better detailer because of it, and I wouldn't want to have it any other way!
Like I've said, I put my time and money in narrowing down the best ceramic coating products I know are going to offer what I'm looking for, and what you would want put on your precious investment that offers great protection, easy maintenance, gloss, shine, sleek appearance and durability of at least 24 months.
In order for me to stay on top of this highly competitive market, I'd rather keep my product line(s) in confidence, however, if you're particular on a specific product you'd want me to use on your car, I will be more than happy to order it for you, if I may not already have it.
Before I'll give you a ballpark figure of what it would cost -and condition of the car always varies and factors in on the cost- let me simplify what the process entails.
After a thorough wash I start by decontaminating the paint, by removing deposits of minerals and environmental fallout that are not easily detected but dwell on the surface; this includes claybar. paint gets buffed and polished to remove swirls marks and most scratches, the number of steps in the buffing process depends once again- on the condition of the paint, but the ultimate goal is to leave the paint at its maximum shine and looks in a flawless way possible.
Then the next step is to purify the finish by getting rid of polish and compound residues using a ceramic specific prep solution, that would promote the adhesion of the ceramic coating to the molecular level ensuring durability and maximum protection of the ceramic installation.
All of this takes about two days to complete, that's how long I'd like to have the car for.
Well, that's that. I can also apply ceramic coating on your wheels, windshield, and some type of trims. Those can be priced as a detail package for those wanting to have that done, or just one of the two options (windshield and/or wheels)
A basic ceramic install package will include the same preparation that goes into the paint, with the normal windshield clean and sealant on the wheels instead of ceramic, tire and trim dressing, and a courtesy interior vacuum.
All of this starting at $400.00 for the basic package on sedan/sport vehicles, SUV and Trucks will be more obviously, but I'm always open for negotiation and I will work with you.
Yes, I can work on any type of vehicle you may have, it doesn't have to be a "high-end" and I also prep cars for lease returns, for sale, and what have you.
I would need a few days advance notice, I normally like to have the car in by Friday or Saturday am and deliver it by Sunday. I have a regular M-F job
