Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    1. Can i see your setup?

    2. Will 380mm fit under my 9.5x19 ET45 alloys?

I been looking at the 345mm Q5 upgrade but decided that i might AS Well go for the SQ5 380mm instead. they are both direct bolt on right? THey Got some fine prices on Those 380 on the polish version of eBay!. I just want to make sure they fit my new wheels first..

    Thank you

Hm...the specs of the wheels isn't enough info to see if it would fit the brakes. The wheel design is also a factor.

But for what its worth, I spoke to someone who had upgraded his s4 brakes to the a6 calipers (which is the same shape caliper as the sq5 calipers). He had 19x9.5 et 42 and it did not fit. He said he would need at least a 10mm spacer to fit and even then he wasn't sure if it would

Are the SQ5 for 380mm calipers the same as the RS5 for 380mm? If so, just print out the template for fit: http://bd8ba3c866c8cbc330ab-7b26c6f3...t_Template.pdf

They are different calipers, not too sure what the size difference between the two would be.

Well, you're going to need a template unless you find someone with the exact same wheels/offset, and those exact same calipers. I'd be searching for a template.

It should fit with ET42, only issue is your clearance will be tight against the wheels’s inner barrel. If you have wheel weights in the inner barrel, Your best solution is to print out the template and try it out and make sure there’s enough clearance for the wheel weights

I have the sq5s. Those look great for clearance. My OEM rotors cleared with my 10mm spacer, although there was more room than my 10mm of clearance.

Edit: also yes they're direct bolt up.

It'll be close, might need to run small spacers to clear the face. Here are the SQ5 brakes under a few of my wheels:

O.Z. Leggera HLT 19x8.5 ET30: (A little tight on the wheel face but not bad)

Alzor 349 19x9.5 ET40: (These are tight on the barrel and the wheel face)

S7 Snowflakes 19x8 ET26: (Tight on the wheel face)

Hartmann RS4s 20x9 ET40: (These need spacers to clear the wheel face)

Thanks for the pictures👍 Looks Like i have to try my wheels on a SQ5 or just take a chance and buy the brakes and potentially Resell Them.. no room for spacers with my 9.5 wire wheels i Think

Just for confirmation, sq5/a6 (c7?) calipers and 380mm rotors are direct bolt on? Modify the splash guard I'm sure
