2013 s6 exhaust

Hi. I have just bought a 2013 audi s6. Before I had a c63 amg and I am very désapointed with the noise of the s6.
What about the awe track exhaust? I have seen that milltek have done the same ( resonator but without the muffler)
I don t want to change the cata so just a catback.

Hi. Which C63 did you have? I came from a 2014 C63 with the 6.2L NA. That car sounded epic. Since the S6 has a smaller engine and turbos, I don't think there is much hope to get it to sound as good as the last gen C63, especially if you're not wanting to do downpipes. So far I've done a resonator delete to x-pipe and have enjoyed having the extra little bit of sound. Cost me a few hundred dollars in the D.C. area, but it has helped a little. I am also curious about the AWE track exhaust, but want to hear it in person before I make that jump, which is why I haven't gone further.

Now if you're talking about the newer gen C63 with the 4.0TT engine you might have some luck in getting the S6 to sound more like what you're used to. AMG really takes the sound of their exhaust seriously. I think it was on an old MotorTrend video that they mention one of the executives in AMG always turns the engine on with the door open, just to hear the AMG bark on fire-up.

Did you ever try the trick with the back seats?

I have that exact exhaust on mine and I love the sound. There is little drone when at highway speeds but it is present under moderate acceleration otherwise if you are just cruising it is pretty quiet. When you really step on the pedal the sound is really nice. I recommend it without hesitation.
