    H&R VTF Suspension Installed

Wanted to try out something other than the KW HAS. So far the ride is fantastic. No bounce and is not really too much different from stock. Only difference is on super rough patch of road. Nothing too back breaking. It's set to about 2" lower and there's still half the threads remaining to go lower.

The ride height is delicious looking. Is this much lower than with the KW springs? Stock dampers?

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts after a week-ish of driving.

Yup stock dampers. Been driving it quite a bit this weekend and it's really amazing....although I do only have 11,000 miles. :)

No clue yet, I'm still torn on the diameter really. 20's have to be meaty 295 crew, 21's just look right, 22's are growing on me.

    295 is a given regardless,
    295/40/20, 295/35/21, or 295/30/22!

Was going to join the meaty tire crew but I found a deal on some 21x9 ET25 TSW Bathurst wheels.

I was looking at the Atturo, but I'm such a sucker for trying off brand tires. I found that Achilles makes a tire in 265/40/21 called the Desert Hawk UHP. It was $429 shipped so we'll see how it is.

Hello. I have a 2016 SQ5 Daytona Grey Pearl. Looking at the H&R VTF springs. Keeping factory shocks and wheels. My question is, who did your install of the springs? I'm trying to find a reliable/reputable shop. I live in Southern California (San Fernando Valley). Any suggestions/recommendations?

    Thanks

I go to Auto Union Tuning in Huntington Beach (http://www.autuning.com/). I drive all the way there from the Inland Empire.

schmove - are you still happy with the ride / results of the VTF? Any issues now that you have ~2 months of driving on them?

No issues at all, ride is stiffer but nothing back breaking. It's not bouncy or anything either.
