2012 a6 3.0t auto upshift disable work?

Going to be replacing my 11 sec 335i with either a 550i or a6 3.0t. If i get the a6 im going to do a dual pulley e85 setup with hopes to be in the mid 11's. The biggest issue i see with these cars is the lack of a tcu tune since it shifts at only 6400 rpm which is holding these cars back from running modded s4 1/4 mile times. does the auto upshift delete work for the c7 a6?

Perhaps only on certain model years? It works on mine... It'll bang into the fuel cut off at the raised RPM limit and won't upshift on its own.
