When replacing struts and shocks, what hardware should be replaced at that time besides:

Strut mounts front and rear, bump stops, front & rear.

That really should do it with one addition. The rear lower shock bolt is highly stressed. I would recommend replacing them with new bolts. If you are lowered be sure to trim the bump stops accordingly. And a strut spreader is really helpful when replacing the front shocks.
