They are 19x8.5 Peelers from a B8 S4 and honestly the only difference I noticed were that the tires that came with them are crap tires and have more road noise but my ride has not been terribly changed from the stock 17’s to this. The tires are 225/35’s but I will probably get 235/45’s next time around for less stretch and a bit more sidewall. I don’t see it rubbing either since I don’t plan to lower it anytime soon and even if I do I will probably just throw some ED springs on it which should still leave a slight wheel gap.

I am shipping it back to the seller but as far as modding it goes you would have to butcher it up good the shape doesn’t match the standard bumper at all so it isn’t just a tabs issue. I did see a 17’ A3 today and it looks like they have a similar looking rear valance to the S3 and the shape looks like it may work. I am off to the lab for research LOL

Thanks! Gonna need to get some better pictures soon. Trying to get clips together to make an exhaust video for before and after i go stage 2. As far as i know I'm one of the few guys running the dinan exhaust.

Appreciate it. The S4 is actually my girlfriend's car. That's what made me want an Audi. Mines not the S4, but definitely an upgrade from my 2.slow mk6

My wife had a 2011 MK6 Jetta for a while and the car just felt like junk after VW cheapened it down. The 2.5 is a bulletproof engine which is what she had, not much to do with it to mod it but great engine with a good mix of power and MPG's. You made the right call moving up to an Audi, never look back my friend!

I only hear great things about the ED springs but how is your ride with them and what kind of wheel gap are you left with. I would like to get mine down to less than an inch of spacing approx. a 1 finger gap would be ideal. Their site says I should drop around 1.75 inches which would be perfect. I am a non s-line though so I sit the highest of all stock A3's.

Im from New York City so i get a mini heart attack when I hit a bump, but overall ride is much better than stock suspension. Its stiffer and a good start to a tighter ride. I was skeptical at first because of the 1.75in drop but the wheel gap on a Non-sline A3 is no joke. Im a non-sline myself, and my car currently sits with about one finger space of room between the fender and the wheel IMG_5005.jpgThats how it fits with 19x8.5 wheels and the springs, Im very happy with the fitment.

Yeah I was sold before on them but now I am double sold LOL. I have 19x8.5 Peelers and non-s-line so it should settle up about where you are. The springs are cheap for the quality and drop they give you but I need to find a way to get them installed for cheap!

So I didn't give up on my hopes of an S3 styled rear diffuser for the standard A3 bumper and I came across something on alieexpress and on eBay that is pretty darn close looking to the S3 diffuser and fits the standard bumper of our A3's. Check it out, I am definitely planning on picking one of these up after i get my money back for the used S3 diffuser I got that didn't fit.

Not sure if I like it as it is a bit too extreme and too pull it off I would want to roll fenders and have a serious drop to really pull it off but they make an S3 replica diffuser and they both fit standard A33 bumpers non-s-lines or S3 ones. Just picked up this 2018 cosmos blue A3 cab for my wife over the weekend. Sits like 8 ft off the ground so springs will be first.

Yea, once you are used to lowering your cars, stock non sport suspension is ridiculous. I'm all for comfort, but I bought a car, not a lifted truck w "rough country" suspension

What suspension setup are you running here Grey3? Is it just springs on stock shocks? Perfect wheel gap, looks down to 1-2 finger gap or approx. 1"-1.5" gap. I want to throw ED springs on my stock shocks but everyone paints the picture of shocks going bad in like 20K miles and I am not wanting to deal with that either. The ED springs seem to offer an OEM sport feel and ride with a nice amount of drop. Curious to see what S3 springs would do to the height of an A3 as well.

I'm just running h&r sports on the original shocks.. I've found the cars will look lower BC the wheels aren't spaced out anywhere near flush...larger wheels w a lower offset and the car won't look as low. I ran just h&r sports w original shocks on my mk6 Jetta for the last 60k miles, and it still rides just fine. I'm not really very hard on my cars driving wise, per say, but I think it's also BC of the modest drop off the h&r sports or something comparable...

I agree with you, I do only daily driving in this thing and mostly main roads. I think when the time comes I will pull the trigger on some H&R Sports or ED springs. The ED springs are only a bit more than the H&R's but are linear springs and that should provide a better feel compared to stock than the H&R's. It goes without saying though that your car looks great my friend, thanks for the input. Also if you got 60K on your Jetta with the stock shocks, it would take me about 7 years before I would crack that at the rate of miles I put on in a year.

US Millworks-top of the line, but its strong as hell and has a wide range of positions. Worth the price tag considering how much of a pain tow hook plates sometimes can be to set up
