Could be a wheel bearing, CV joint, or even the brake dust shield on that side. I've had those affect me each at different times in my B7.

Dig into EXACTLY which "motor" mounts they replaced. Invoice should have part #'s they used. Effectively there are three rather than just two. Conventional motor mounts on both sides and they are called such. But then also the torque mount which limits motor twisting. Torque mount is on U.S. passenger side, forward of the main mount. You look for a big split/crack and/or brownish heavy oil (like jack oil) oozed out below it. I had them fail on both the 2000 A6 4.2 (V8) and the D3 W12. Turning left would strike me as loading up that right side too. Either trailing throttle or acceleration would twist motor too and could the the kind of interaction you are feeling. Harder than normal feeling shifts at full throttle are another clue for torque mount. As mentioned, perhaps wheel bearing too, or even some kind of (dangerously) loose brake part up front.

On my B7, the fluid was purplish.

With that few miles, I do find it hard to believe it would be the torque/snub mount. If it is driveline only on left turns, I still suspect something in the CV axle or wheel bearing side of things.
