not bulbs, but just stumbled on these on ebay. hmm, i'd have to see how it is in real pics, but this is interesting. it's like those other ones that have been out, but the LED on here is nicer and more light tube rather than the dotted, and also it's on the honeycomb grille, and is very low key when not powered on. interesting...

I've seen them in action at SOWO in Savannah-- they look pretty tacky. The concept is interesting.

yea i thought they prob would be. i think they would be cool though if you tap them into the turn signals, and it may take a bit of custom work but make them sweeping LEDs with the turn signals, in amber/yellow LEDs.

Hey! I got them late, and installed them last night. I haven't had a chance to take pics yet.

    Overall-- recommend them

Pros: look really nice, crisp color, and well priced
cons: a bit whiter than the OE leds, and not a huge lumen difference over the stock bulbs.

Osram LED fog light bulbs in 6000k. I'll post up when they arrive in the next few days.
Any update on your thoughts on these. I want brighter bulbs and I replaced mine with OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited H11 (Twin) a while back ...

I bought them but havent put them in yet. I'm waiting for the fog light grills to come so I can install the RS4 grill, fog light grills, and fog light LED bulbs all at once. And debating on not doing any of it until the weather gets better. As you know from living around here, if there is any snow/ice they cover the roads with those damn little rocks.

I put the bulbs in. Definitely not an exact match to headlights, these bulbs are more white. But I think they look better than the yellows. I’m not a fan of the yellow fog lights.

Those look very similar to the results from the bulbs I bought on Amazon. Whiter than the headlights (see pictures 2 and 6 in the ebay link).

I'll try to get pics soon.

Thanks! They are definitely less yellow than the factory 4300k main HID bulbs, but they're a near match to the LED strip. For the price they can't be beat.

I'm waiting for my new Osram CBB (main D3S HID bulbs) to arrive, then I'll take more pics to show how close the new HID match to both the DRL and fogs. Hopefully everything will match up at that point. Pics will be posted in my build thread (link above or in sig).

I was going to purchase the Phillips due to the price on amazon but kept putting it off. Well now I gave in and bought these instead.... DAMA LED Headlight/Foglight Kit Released - 6000K Pure White for the same price as the Phillips.

I've never heard of DAMA bulbs before. Recently bought the Phillips since they dropped to $92 on Amazon. Reputable brand, no fan to fail and cause overheating. Color match is nearly perfect.

I purchased my 2015 A4 in September of 2017. One of my first mods was a LED fog light conversion. I bought from a company called OPT7. They can be found on eBay. I also installed these on my F350 with great success. -Kevin

It seems that most of these leds for fogs are a tad whiter than stock so far.

Fog LEDs - bright error free:
    http://deautokey.com/product/led-hea...ast-1800-lumen

Much brighter vs philips LEDs shown here - this is with yellow lamin-x on the lens:

Matches OEM Housing that are white / creates wide spread of light past headlights / takes over in fog shining more light down road:

Are the headlights HID D-series bulbs? We have xenon that will match nicely with our fogs that many VW customer are using.

Those are not yellow philip fog LEDs - that is our LEDs vs Philip with a customer that used yellow laminx over lens.

We are simply showing how much more light output / side light etc vs philips you gain with our fog LEDs - it is a huge improvement.

We only sell bright white LEDs that look clean and look hyper yellow behind yellow film - many bulbs on amazon are too blue - and blue + yellow = green. And that is a terrible look for any car:

Yeah I'm not looking for a lens film. Just a lower temperature color, more about functionality over color matching.

JBAeroEngineer - are you looking for philip fog LEDs? The Philip fog LEDs from Amazon are the ones in the photo - there has been many people that contacted us with issues of their Philips not being bright enough so we wanted to show how they compare to our fog LEDs.

Other amazon LEDs are sometimes too blue. Ours are more white but it won't match the OEM yellow xenon - we have d1/2/3s that match our fogs better:

So Phillips are a true yellow color temperature fog and yours is a bright white + film? Brightness is not King for fog. Like I said, looking for functionality in snow and fog.

    Just asking in options...

JBAeroEngineer - no this is not what we are saying. BOTH are white - philips and ours are both a white color temp but ours are brighter - in photo BOTH are behind yellow lamin-x.

Ours are better in fog as when your low beams are trapped your fogs take over - ours shine further/wider down the road and will help you better.

JB - wondering why you're looking for non-film yellow. I'm about to upgrade mine and curious to see what you are planning. I have deAutoLED everywhere else and they work perfectly.

There is no hyper-yellow LEDs on the market - they won't give you that same look so many LED kits have put yellow tube around their LED but it still reflects yellow so your housing/lens will look yellow when the LED is off.

The best option is clean white bright LEDs (which we offer) and yellow film - you can find it on ebay or lamin-x brand. Both work well - adding a few more layers gives a nice hyper-yellow look.

We should add that yellow DOES NOT help in fog or rainy conditions - that is a myth and many sites have write-ups on this.

A4Qwattro We agree as OEM seems to be 4300k and all LEDs are 5k-6500k.

What xenon bulbs does the housing require - you can change out the xenon bulb to have them match fog LEDs which many do.
