My wife said she has been bottoming out in places. I took a look and her drivers tire is up in the wheel well. Did she snap a spring?

Change them in pairs. Expect shit to be a PITA to take apart. Earlier this year I broke a rear spring and needed shocks. Lower shock bolt snapped trying to remove it and I was unable to remove the broken bolt. Wound up replacing the entire part that the shock bolts to, the wheel bearings assembly bracket or whatever the damned thing is called.

Get an induction coil heater from Amazon for $180.

It will heat the screws to orange in about 30 seconds and they will come loose much more easily.
