I know Bosch are better than Siemens deka and have better idle.

I run Bosch 550cc EV14 they have no problems with WOT or idle, very good injectors. Many 1.8t 2.7tt builds run the EV 14 550cc, 750cc or 1000cc people have good things to say about them.

I believe Siemens owns Bosch now, food for thought.

the right injectors are always the ones your tuner prefers/supports. Tuner first, then injectors

Why so complicated and expensive. What would be the difference between only bosch 630cc vs ID 1000cc with b5 fuel rail and another FPR ?

if you don't need the additional flow of the 1000cc injectors, then you're just paying for capacity you don't need.

I run the Bosch 630cc (unmodified) with a B5 rail and 4-bar FPR, FWIW

4 bar is stock, so no reason to drop down. Just use the rail and FPR from an AWM (2001 B5) as it bolts right up to the B6 manifold and fits perfectly (unlike the AEB rail)

    wait are you working on a b7 or b6? B7 is 2.0t DI ?

I have been working on my 2001.5 B5 (AWM) for years, and may have an extra rail in my parts boxes if you need one. I think I pulled a junk yard one at one point just because.

You only need to change your fuel rail if your converting to a return style fuel system.

Depends on how much power you’re trying to make. Higher fuel pressure means more fuel and better atomization.

I will put K04-064 and expect maximum 360-370hp on the engine in the perfect scenario.
