    Anyone running 9.5 wheel setup?

I'm hoping someone can chime in who has similar wheel setup. I have 19x9.5 et 40 wheels. I am trying to figure out if it's the wheels or tires. With the 19s installed the vehicle darts in the direction of uneven road dips or bumps. I put the factory 18s back on and the issue is gone. I'm hoping it's just the tires.

I have same config but hadn’t experienced that. Have you checked the tread on all 4 corners? How’s the wear pattern on each. Air pressures all good? You rotate every 5-6k? How’s your alignment? On flats, it runs straight or does it drift to one side?

May wanna take it to a reputable wheel/tire shop that offers alignment. Wouldn’t hurt to have it thoroughly looked at.

Great, just what I wanted to hear. It has to be the tires. It drove like that brand new. Process of elimination. Ruled out springs(also lowered same time) and alignment when I put stock wheels back on.
Well don't buy kumho ecsta ps91's

Another consideration is the differences in width/offset between your OE 18’s vs the larger 19 x 9.5’s. I’ve never driven on a Kumho tire so I can’t comment on them/your current model. If you’re looking for a bang-for-your-buck tire, take a look at Firestone’s Firehawk Indy 500.

Great all around performer, aggressive and sporty looking, and drives really well, especially if you tend to like a slightly firmer ride. It’s a bit of a sleeper since it’s not one that’s often talked about on our forums but don’t let that fool you. I’ve been running on them for approximately 3,5k and can’t say enough about them!
