Anybody familiar with Century Warranty? Thermostat Issue

This morning I was driving home from work and got the shut off engine coolant warning. Temp went all the way to H. Thinking I need to get my thermostat replaced. I have the Audi Pure Protection I guess it's through Century Warranties. Anybody familiar witH the process of making a claim? or should Audi be able to look up my info?

Have you checked with the dealer - I thought there was a recall related to thermostats... Don't remember the years and conditions - but worth a phone call and you could also discuss the protection plan as well.
