    Peak tq @3857 rpm: 18690 kPa = 2710.75 psi = 186.9 Bar
    Peak power @ 5300 rpm: 17410 kPa = 2525 psi = 174 Bar
    @6193 rpm: 16440 kPa = 2384 psi = 164 Bar

Keep in mind, I'm only on a stage 1 tune, It all depends on the requested values and ethanol content which is probably less aggressive on a stage 1 vs 2 vs big turbo setup.

I'll fill up with a full tank if E85 this weekend and that should get close to about 70% ethanol and log again.
Interesting numbers. I also max out at peak torque (3800 RPM) but only 16500 kPa and taper to 15800 kPa at 6200 RPM. Probably because I’m running E10, no E85 sold here.

Thank you so much for that.
Did you log opening time of injector?

Would be very interesting to get those number also from somebody with APR K04 kit tuning E85.

Injector pulse width vs RPM was one of the graphs I posted. At @5300 rpm peak power it was around 7 ms, at peak tq it was 8 ms. I couldn't make the graph with lambda because VCDS combines lambda values with the voltage like this: 0.897 Lambda/ 0.21mv. I would have to make a graph manually. I'll have to look again in VCDS for injector duty cycle and fuel pump duty cycle , and log with e70 because I dont know how hard the injectors are working vs the pressure created by the HPFP. I've logged higher rail pressure with higher ethanol content.

*remember the 13-14 MY flex injectors are different than 15/16, if you get a K04 E85 log from an earlier model

UPs sorry did not see that one!
8ms at torque and 7ms at peak are low number's that is really promising.
    Thnak's.

    Brand new from shop 67€
But for the new next 2 week i have to go to work in Thailand. Will install when I'm back.

With 72% ethanol, the rail pressure went up to 2813 psi which is 194 bar up from 187 bar with 50% ethanol

    Saturday I finally got to instal my 4 injector's 0 261 500 164 ( removed 0 261 500 162). without changing the tune ( same mapp)

I'm a bit confused with my result. I don't know for sure how much more they flow.
With what should be E50 in tank ( I wait for my Fuel tester to be 100% sure of ethanol content) I have 12.7% LTFT ( would be 25,5% with oem injector) and 0% STFT correction when driving, and 18% when at idle but with STFT moving from -1.8% to -4.5%
Not sure the LTFT learning of ECU is finished.
The MPG on the On Board computer went up by at lest 20% on same roads. Because it's calibrated for OEM injector and now those B8.5 Flexfuel injector's open less because they flow more so it trick the on board computer to think i have better MPG

Before if I was putting anything over E30 I would experience lost of power in the upper rpm range and my Injector timing could be over 11 ms at peak torque rpm
Now with E50 I have no power loss in the upper rpm and my injector opening timing at max torque rpm is 8.5ms.
    So pretty happy.
I did not change my tune so I'm still at 150 bar rail pressure. I will get new tune with 195 bar for E85

In the next day's I will check the exact ethanol content in my tank when I receive my fuel tester and will report on LTFT with that as it look like the ECU is still learning.
Also I will compare the on board computer MPG with MPG calculated when filling up again the tank. That should give an idea of how much more they deliver as the onboard computer is calibrated for the original injector's. isn't it?

PS: On side note the car feel more power full. May be it's placebo. so I will control that with iPhone App PERFECT POWER. with this app I'm always with in 2% of what I get when I do real Dyno's. Amazing app if you set it up good and follow the protocol to check if mod add power or torque.

Let us know how things go. Maybe you mentioned this before but I dont know the details of your setup. Big turbo correct? Do you have a link to your build thread? If you haven't started one yet I would encourage you to so that each of the big turbo setups on here can be thorougly documented since they are all slightly different.

So My Car is not an AUDI 2.0TFSI Flexfuel but a VW T6 TSI 4motion DSG. Yes it's Van :) :) :) those are famous here in France as you can load them with surf, ski, MTB, windsurf and still enjoy the drive.
This van has the same EA888 Gen 2 engine as your B8. So without the Flexfuel option from B8.5.
Here in France E85 is almsot 3 time cheaper than 93 gazoline so it's a WIN WIN. 0.56€/liter vs 1.55€/liter

So I'm converting my stage 2 EA888 GEN 2 to run with E85.
So no big turbo yet if I go for big turbo I will go for the Turbozentrum K04/EFR6758 or if I want to go cheaper way and get OEM look in engine bay get my turbo hybridized with KO4 wheel ( TTE, Loba and Turbozentrum offer this option for my turbo for 1090€)
    http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads...eon-fr.257562/
    https://www.turbozentrum.de/en/unive...-92376/?Params[SearchParam]=

I don't have any build thread as their is no VW T6 TSI section anywhere.
Here is a list of mod on my VAN.

    - VW T6 TSI 4motion DSG White
    -STAGE 2 remap. SOON E85 stage 2 for 0 261 500 164 injector's by C2 Motorsport.
    -Big AEM air filter
    -Wagner EVO2 T5/T6 Intercooler
    - Guted cat. ( nobody build test pipe or HFC for this car)
    - KW V3 coil
    - OZ 19" ultraleggera Black with 255/40/19 tire
    - H&R rear Anti roll bar

for more sporty driving I also have an AUDI RS2 from 1994 with some mods and for drifting I got a TOYOTA GT86 same car as scion FRS and Subaru FRS.

Is it just me or does the vband housing look smaller than the T3 version?

The manifold should be here this week from JDL Design. I also had to exchange my Precision 39mm wastegate for 44mm vband to accomodate the new manifold. Hopefully by the end of the month I might actually get started with the install.......maybe

I hope there's room for a downpipe, or will you be going with top exit exhaust as well? That would be pretty cool. You might have to find a Pyrex windshield though, and I hear those are pricey.

Plenty of room for a down pipe. I've thought about running it out the fender and hood with my build.... Both no bueno

All good suggestions....if I keep the car long enough I may as well gut it and go full race car.....because who doesn't want a caged wagon shooting fireballs out of the front fender?

This for sure is his manifold though, he had Blue Light dynamics make the manifold because I contacted Bluewater performance. All these pictures were together on their IG and on Blue waters blog. I don't know?? Either way it's similar.

So after emptying 1/2 tank I fill up the tank again and the difference between On board computer MPG on dash and Claculation of MPG from filling UP the tank is 17% with Bosch 0261500164 installed
So as the On board dash computer MPG is calibrated for OEM Bosch 251 500 162 ( Golf GTI 6.....) I think we can say that the AUDI B8.5 A4 Flex fuel injector Bosh 251 500 164 are flowing 17% More

Thats good that those injectors are plug and play. I was wondering if the voltages/Ohms would keep your ECU happy.

Keep in mind that the spray pattern is just as important as the flow in a direct injection application. From what I gathered on the Bosch data sheets, the HDEV 5.2 your using have an optimized spray pattern over its predecessors. These injectors are more "efficient" and I'm interested to see how they perform when pushed harder.

The injector performance really depends on the fueling requested by the tune as well. A leaner tune up top wouldn't require the injectors to flow as much and the data would show that vs a rich tune thats dumping fuel. A rich tune could still be maxing out injector flow at lower power levels despite having a lot of head room to increase power. OTS tunes err on the side of safety so they all run rich. For example, on my tune the fueling could be leaned out at least half a point through the entire power band and still be safe. But that the price we pay for OTS tunes.

If OTS tunes from the different companies are similar to Eurodyne's OTS tunes then they can be leaned out A LOT.

Yesterday I was driving to ski in French alps so 4 hour drive on the highway with cruise control set at 100mph ( 160km/h)
at this speed my car is on very light throttle and 7 th gear at 2900 Rpm.
On this particular case the 0261500164 are only 5.7% more. on two full refiling of gas
I guess the difference is not linear depending on HPFP fuel pressure and injector opening time.

I'm doing the install next Saturday and then I have to get the car towed to Four Seasons Tuning for the fab work on the 16th. Then off to get dyno tuned by Eurodynamic for the moment of truth!!

I was thinking of making a tutorial on here or maybe even a youtube video for the install. That way people can see whats entailed and decide if they want to pursue something similar since the external wastegate and oil only fed turbo require different routing and plumbing than an EFR or Garrett setup.

I mounted up everything just for giggles, its going to be a tight fit.20180406_132759.jpeg20180406_141128.jpeg20180406_141349.jpeg20180406_141253.jpeg

Sorry if I missed it, but which injectors, HPFP, and LPFP did you go with?

Good luck with the next steps! Very exciting to see how this will turn out.

Everything is on the first post for reference.
All stock fueling. Injectors are 1050cc Bosch HDEV 5.2. HPFP and LPFP are shared with the S4/S5 so all good there.

Shouldn't be a problem making over 400whp on stock fueling. 420ft/lbs is the limit for the stock rods and low rpm/high tq load is what kills them, not the hp. Hopefully the fueling will push past 400whp and we'll see how high it can safely go. I just need some lightweight 18's and this wagon should be pretty fast.

The tuner wants to bump the shift points up to 7000 rpm because the MK6 has made usable power up there so we'll see what kind of wizardry he can manage with the ZF8. All in all I'm pretty excited as this whole project began last November and I thought it would have been finished by Christmas. But like any good construction project, it takes twice as long as expected.
