Good news(not to thread jack) but Bluewater Performance is sending Jeff and Fred from United Motorsports an RS3 before the New Year to get tuning for it. UM crushes it out here for safe elevation tunes on all kinds of gas....well for 91 and E85 here.

I just had to use their customer service/technical support and I can't say enough good things, instant answer, easy to hear/understand, John even came on the line to help. They seem to really value customer experience and it shows. I've not really had any poor experiences in the Euro aftermarket world yet, I'm still very new, but Uni has been far above the rest.

That is awesome to hear, it really is!

I have been a UM supporter for some time so when the time comes for me to get a TTRS, I hope to go that route. If not, I will be fine and happy with Unitronic for sure.

Currently running the full support from UM on port injection and such and its been amazing. Cant wait to try it on the next platform.

I’m currently holding out for UM software on my RS3 as well. Should be good.

The other day not in USA there was a new bolt on mustang that kept reving behind me and tailgating me. I let him pull right next to and slowed down to 45mph. I gave him the signal to go first. I gave him like a bus length head start. By the time we got close to 90, I was passing him like he was standing still. Slowed down and pulled next to him. The guy wouldn't even look over nor rev at me again. Learned his lesson. I'm stage 2 beta UNI.

These cars are surprising a lot of folks. They think its just another rich ricer A3 with a fart can. Don't think that same guy would've messed with me if I was driving a GTR, which at this point, my car is neck and neck or even faster than a stock GTR.

Just put a couple of car lengths on the newer/latest Camaro SS. Not sure if he was stock but it was very loud. Just got my APR stage 1 tune yesterday.

We were rolling at about 20-25mph neck to neck, he punched it first, I punched it immediately after seeing him go for it. Ended at about 100 mph.

Now im wondering how i would have done against this car fully stock.

The newer SS models are very fast. I've had 2 (still have 1). They'll trap around 115-117 stock. There are a few guys into the 10s NA (mostly auto cars though). You likely ran into one with just exhaust, meaning assuming he could drive perfectly, you'd be up against a 117mph ish trap car

I created a youtube account and I am downloading my videos from the drag strip. user name RS3tuber. I want transparency so that is why I decided to add the videos in addition to my already posted photo bucket picture files with the timeslips. I also made the videos from my cabin with a go-pro as well as my son filming with the iPhone.

I had the latest Gen 8 speed auto with E85 and bolt ons less headers. That thing was definitely fast (440-450rwhp). Felt like when I was stage 1+ Uni.

I currently have a 2018 Mustang GT with full bolt ons and an E85 tune. It put down 500 rwhp on a Mustang Dyno and pulls like hell top end. It would definitely give an RS3 some problems. But... that is not stopping me from trading it in on a 2019 RS3. 4 doors wins with kids. Besides, in real world applications the stage 2 RS3 would massacre it.

Would love to run against that mustang with my stage 1. Would be something that should put up a decent fight. Maybe one day....

Some dude in a Buick was driving very aggressively ahead of me today. He blew away a pickup truck. I then lined up at next stop light let him go a bit to see if he's still being a nut, he was, so I gunned it and probably beat him by about a football field to the next intersection which was my turn off. So apparently I'm faster than a Buick.

Haha yeah, I usually wouldn't waste my time, but this guy was a clown. I see you've got a Chrysler Pacifica in your signature, don't come flying around Chicagoland with that thing or I may have my next street victim

Absolutely. I had a 2016 Camaro SS with the same mods and feel that my Stage 2 RS3 93 octane is a bit faster even top end. Its all that turbo torque yo!
