Are you talking about the ribbed accessories belt or the toothed timing belt?

Looking for a vid on it (ribbed belt), there's nothing similar about the ribbed belt tensioner on the 2.0 TDI vs the 2.0T:

wtf with that inside mounted bolt?

I thought maybe bolt 9 was just drawn backwards for image spacing, but no, it's actually like that in the TDI.

Yes serpentine or ribbed belt tensioner. I knew it is bolted on the back i have new tensioner to look, but hack i cant see shit inside the engine bay. Everything is tight as shit. I tried to remove alternator to gain acces but i could not do it. I unscrewed two long bolts holding the alternator and tried to hummer it out with a rubber hummer but it is stuck good. So i gave up on the job. So any adwice how to reach this tensioner bolt. Thx.

You might ask on audi-sport.net; that's UK centric rather than US/CA centric like here. They should have vastly more TDI experience.
