Picked up a new car this weekend in Connecticut and drove it all the way back to Cincy. No worries, it's still an Audi!

Had a good time driving 700 miles home. Much faster than the B6 3.0 and S-Tronic is pretty awesome, especially in NYC traffic.

Will Stage 1 tune it to 300hp/300lbft then probably leave it alone for awhile.

Thanks to all for the help and resources this forum has. It's been a fun 6 years and 130k miles, and I couldn't have made it this far without y'all.

It doesn't make sense to have 2 cars on the road, so I'll be selling the B6 in the coming weeks. Got a nice color S4 cluster and a KEY-USB Ross tech cable to sell as well if anyone is interested. Will virginize the cluster before sale.

Without further delay, here she is.

Damn losing another 3.0 guy! Don't worry, I've been eyeballing the news 2018 Tiguans and wouldn't be surprised if I moved on in the next calendar year.

    PM'ing about the cluster+cable.

Nice TT. I see the constant rubbing of B6 parking brake handle against armrest has evolved into an offspring that combines the two.

cschuster, best of luck. It's been nice seeing you on the boards here.

    Enjoy.

Love the looks and features of newer models, but must say I am dismayed in the Audi realm as manuals are becoming so much rarer.

I too really like the looks of newer Audis

and many other cars but dislike automatics/dual-clutch o-matics.. whatever they wanna call them.
Who cares if its faster the driving feel is eliminated. Finger-paddles?
I was set on leaving Audi when getting a new sedan the Alfa Romeo promised and never delivered to the USA. BMW M3 and Caddy ATS V stand alone.
Technology already exists to remove the brake and throttle altogether - make it all hand control like a motorcycle already.

Seats on the TTS look GREAT
Car has great proportions all round from the different angles you showed in the photos. Any under-the-hood shots?

Yeah it was a tough choice to go to an automatic car, but dual clutch is a good compromise for me at least. I race in 24 hours of lemons, so the shifting itch can be scratched every few months. Couldn't justify an extra 16-18k to get into a used TTRS. At that price, I'd buy a 981 anyways.

Can add some more pics later.
